why i choose my career





when i was in high school, i realized that i have skills to help people, so i participated in activities in my school and community, i was president in the student society, and i also collaborated with the church and charity groups. 

for that reason, i started to looking for a career that could mix my skills to be good in my future job and something that i really like. the process was so hard for me because im a very undecided  person. 


at first i thought study laws, for that reason i took a laws course in summer but i felt it wasn't something that i felt satisfied. i also thought study sociology and i also took a sociology course the same summer 


when the time to take a decision came, i still didn't knew what i should choose, so i talked with friendsand family to help me. so i had a deep conversation with a public administrator, she convenced me to study this career. 

nowadays i feel that was the best decision that i could have chosen. i had to adapt me in a new life, living alone in a new city and met new persons. 
the new life became in my home and the new people became in my best friends now.

my first days in Santiago i choose this picture because it remind me the days i started to live in santiago. i come from a small town to the south of Chile, called Laja. for me was very different all, i had to change my entire life, so this picture reminds me all i had to pass. also i had to rent a apartment not knowing the city, but i had lucky because i rent a apartment next to the university so isn't was so difficult the transport inside Santiago  me and my roomie  sometimes i felt really bad because i missed my family and i cried a lot but lucky to me i had a good relationship with my roomie, now we are good friends, we help each others emotionally and academically now im in my little town but when i look those pictures reminds m e all good moments i passed next to my roomie and friends <3

i would say my favorite piece of technology is the cellphone, because i use it all day by the pandemic.  is my favorite because it helps to connect people, and nowadays i need to stay in contact with my family and friends, also it make the quarantine less bored.  despite all the personal benefits that could have the also Having a cell phone can help in emergency situations cellphones, they are important in modern society, became in a tool that helps to keep in touch between families or business association. and you can use it to take photos or videos, even m any people buy a camera nowadays, because their phone has all the image and video capturing capability . they have replaced many other things like the newspapers, now just with a touch you can get and read the news. i think that cell phone have improved the life quality of the people
